For this small project, I worked with a client who was not a technical user. They needed help to create a digital footprint for their private practice using the tools at one of major providers (GoDaddy).
I assisted with eliciting basic requirements for content, and UX. After requirements, I assisted with walking through the basics of site set-up at the provider.
